We're looking for two people to help us raise funds for gender-affirming care

Since 2023, Serving has been run by a core team of Robbie and Kit - with help from a lovely pool of volunteers.

Sadly, Kit has had to step back from his role for personal reasons.
We're heartbroken, but also excited for this opportunity to bring more people into the fold!

Robbie will still be working away in the kitchen, but we'll need support with promoting our events and getting the word out.
We'd ideally love this to come from two people:

One person responsible for designing our posters and other assets.
One person responsible for social media and general admin.

Illustration + Design
You'll be responsible for:

🍽️ Designing the posters for each of our clubs
🍽️ Creating and updating templates to be used for other social media posts
🍽️ Other misc. design and illustration tasks

We'd love someone who has some design experience, has access to Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop, and has a creative touch.
You don't need to have any professional experience.
Energy, creativity, and the ability to work with us on a ongoing basis are the most important things here!

Marketing + Admin
You'll be responsible for:

🍽️ Sharing our posters on instagram and keeping on top of stories
🍽️ Updating our website and sending emails to our mailing list
🍽️ Other misc. admin tasks such as randomly drawing who we're donating to and setting up our ticket page

We'd love someone who is organised and easy to work with!
There won't be loads needed, but sometimes little tasks will need to be done with a quick turnaround.
No professional experience required - just being excited to help Serving run smoothly is all we ask for!

Serving is queer-run, so you'll need to identify as queer to apply
