Volunteer with Serving
Serving was founded by Robbie & Kit in 2023, and we've slowly built a little team of volunteers who lend a helping hand. Whether it's in the kitchen, front of house, or designing our event posters, we'd love you to join us!
For on-the-day event volunteers, we use a WhatsApp group to keep in touch and in the run-up to the event, what you can expect is:

In the Kitchen
If you're a very confident cook or have some kitchen experience, alongside Robbie & Mel, we occasionally need some extra help in the kitchen.
What this may include is:
- Food prep in the run-up to the event
- Sous-chefing on the day
Front of House
If you're a very confident cook or have some kitchen experience, alongside Robbie & Mel, we occasionally need some extra help in the kitchen.
What this may include is:
- Working the bar
- Table waiting
- Washing Up
Designer
Are you a Trans+ designer? Then we want you to design our event poster! Each designer will receive £50 alongside public recognition, and a Serving T-Shirt!
This includes designing:
- An club announcement poster
- A GFM announcement poster
- Providing usable assets for follow-up social posts
